HOA Newsletter

Dear Neighbors,

         I want to remind everyone about our annual HOA meeting on Saturday, Jan 10, from 11 to 1 at Grace Evangelical Church, next door to The Laurels.  We will have a Collierville Alderman, Mr. Nick Robbins, speak at the meeting and he may be able to answer any questions you have about the Town’s plans in the coming year.  There will be a light lunch provided. 

We are electing 2 new HOA Board members.  Wayne Rutledge and Frank Davis have volunteered, and I have heard from some other neighbors with an interest in serving.  We will accept nominations from the members at the meeting and vote for the vacant positions on the Board.  If you don’t get elected this year, please don’t be disappointed as we will have probably 3 openings for the next year.  

The meeting room at the church will be different than the one we used the last few years.  The entrance into the church in the rear is the same and we will have signs or people to direct you to the proper place.  Please plan to attend.

Your annual HOA dues are $700 if you pay them before the end of January.  After that, you are responsible for full rate of $800.  Please write your check to The Laurels HOA.  You can drop your payment off with any Board member or mail it to The Laurels HOA, PO Box 383163, Germantown, TN, 38183-3163.  You can find this address on page 2 of your Laurels Directory.

Speaking of the Directory, we will be working on a new one, so if you have any changes, please let me know as soon as possible.  You can email me with any changes or additions to your block captain or to jimstettler72@gmail.com.  

Remember, if you walk your dog in the neighborhood, SCOOP THE POOP!
