New HOA Board Members

Dear neighbors;

Thank you to all who attended the annual HOA meeting this past Saturday. If you did not attend you missed a really good meeting and a lot of interesting information!

Tuesday night the board met to select officers for the coming year. The following will serve in these capacities:  Robert Crosier,  landscaping , Mark Howell  secretary, Ron Walker  treasurer,  Frank Davis agreed to serve as vice president and I am your new president.

I am deeply honored to serve as your president.  Please let any of your board members know your concerns or questions. 

The board was charged at the annual meeting to update and revise our 20 year old By Laws and Covenants.  The new board discussed the major areas of concern at Tuesday night's meeting. Any revisions must be approved by 75% of Home Owners.  If you all have any specific concerns or would like to assist please let us know.
