We took a cruise last summer to the Mediterranean from Barcelona to Athens on the Celebrity Ascent. Our ports included Barcelona, Malta, Mykonos,  Ephesus Turkey, Santorini, and Athens. Although just a little warm, the weather was perfect and the sites were beautiful. We especially loved the blue domes and vibrant colors of Santorini and Mykonos and climbing up to the Acropolis in Athens. We stayed in the Alma Hotel in Barcelona and the Hotel Grande Bretagne in Athens...both were amazing and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the coffee in Barcelona and the wonderful salads and olives in Greece!  We highly recommend this cruise!
